Village chiefs submit their requests to the President of “Tidène NGO”. The President validates these requests and sends them on to the association “Les Puits du Désert”. “Tidène NGO” then ensures the projects are implemented.

The President is also the representative of both associations with the Nigerien authorities.

This close collaboration between the two associations has proved extremely effective.

Mohamed Ixa , President of “Tidène NGO”, heads a Board of Directors made up of 12 members. 6 technicians collaborate under the Director’s responsibility. A certain number of people are also involved in the association’s day-to-day activities, including representatives of ex-combatants from Aïr, spokespersons for the population, and village chiefs.
