What data we collect
Three cases, and three only:

Newsletter signup: your email address only. Stored with Brevo (hosted in France); one-click unsubscribe from every email.

Donation via HelloAsso: first name, last name, email, and payment details. Managed by HelloAsso (French company, GDPR-compliant). No banking data passes through our server.

Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), message. Received by email by Armelle de Roton via Microsoft 365 (LPDD mailbox).
Cookies and trackers
No tracking cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No cookie consent banner (because there is nothing to consent to).
The site may use strictly necessary technical cookies (language preference, form state). These cookies do not require prior consent (art. 82 French Data Protection Act).
Retention periods
- Newsletter: until unsubscribe
- Donations: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations)
- Contact messages: 3 years after last reply
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may at any time:
- Access your data
- Rectify it in case of error
- Erase it ("right to be forgotten", excluding legal obligations)
- Restrict or object to its processing
- Request portability (export)
To exercise these rights, use the contact form with the subject "GDPR request". Response within 1 month.
In case of difficulty, you may contact the French data protection authority CNIL: cnil.fr.
Hosting and security
Site hosted on Microsoft Azure (West Europe region, Netherlands). HTTPS mandatory, SSL certificate managed by Azure. No personal data is stored on the site's hosting server itself.
Newsletter data with Brevo (France). Donation data with HelloAsso (France). Contact emails via Microsoft 365 (Europe).
Updates
This policy may be updated. The last revision date appears below. For substantive changes, we notify donors and newsletter subscribers by email.
